Velix Core SDK

Phase 7 SDK v0 以 include/velix/core.h 与 libvelix_core_binding.so 为产品边界，主 App 不编译 MPV/FFmpeg 源码。

libvelix_core_binding.so 仅提供产品生命周期、控制、状态、媒体、音轨、字幕、指标与 build-info NAPI；XComponent 的 OHNativeWindow/EGL/mpv render context 仍由 Core 内部实现。主 App 只能看到 PlaybackEngine/PlaybackController 的业务类型。

默认 profile 为 software decode，OHCodec GL mapper 保持关闭。SDK 产物位于 dist/velix-core，已在 .gitignore 中忽略，禁止把 34MB libmpv 二进制提交到 Git。

构建与 staging：
