sfan5 3f1b23abd0 stream_curl: fix libavformat version checks ...

Unfortunately ffmpeg missed the backport of <https://code.ffmpeg.org/FFmpeg/FFmpeg/commit/1a7e802c8f970e76807f08c3d3fb3513ae5a4882>,
so custom IO is still segfaulting on the older versions.
