# Branding & Trademark Policy

本文件规定了本项目 Logo、图标、名称及其他品牌材料的使用规则。

The following terms govern the use of the project's logo, icons, name, and other branding materials.

源代码遵循 GNU General Public License v3（GPLv3）授权，但品牌材料不属于 GPLv3 授权范围。

The source code is licensed under the GNU General Public License v3 (GPLv3), but branding materials are **not** covered by the GPLv3 license.

Other visual or textual branding assets

## 2. No Modification

||
|
||
未经版权所有者书面授权，禁止对品牌材料进行任何形式的修改：

||
You may not modify the Branding Materials in any way without explicit written permission:
|
||
|
||
- 更改颜色、比例、形状
|
||
Changing colors, proportions, or shapes
|
||
- 添加或删除元素
|
||
Adding or removing elements
|
||
- 制作衍生 Logo
|
||
Creating derivative logos
|
||
- 将 Logo 融入其他图形
|
||
Embedding the logo into other graphics
|
||
- 删除或替换软件中的原始 Logo
|
||
Removing or replacing the original logo in the software
|
||

## 3. No Replacement with Your Own Logo

未经书面授权，不得将软件中的 Logo 或品牌材料替换为任何个人或组织的 Logo、图标或品牌标识。

You may not replace the logo or branding materials within the software with your own or any third-party branding without written authorization.
